- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the immediate next working day.

- We deliver fresh tofu and wholesome grains across all pin codes in India.
- Local Indore orders enjoy priority same-day or next-day delivery.

- Indore (Local doorstep): 1–2 days.
- Madhya Pradesh regional: 2–4 days.
- Major Metro Cities: 3–7 days.
- Remote & Regional pin codes: 5–10 days.

Shipping Charges
- FREE Delivery in Indore on all orders above ₹299.
- Standard shipping fees apply for regional and outstation shipments, computed transparently at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Packaging
- All tofu products are vacuum-sealed in certified food-grade packaging materials.
- Insulated thermal layers protect temperature integrity throughout transit.

Order Tracking
- As soon as your package leaves our Indore center, a tracking link is dispatched via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Live tracking can also be accessed anytime via My Account › Track Order.

Delays
- While we endeavor to deliver promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier logistics.
- Our support team will actively monitor and expedite delayed parcels.

Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or inaccurate address, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Perishable goods cannot be held in courier hubs for prolonged durations.
